TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. INTERPRETATION
   1. In these conditions:
      • "You" means the person, firm or company purchasing the Goods.
      • "We", "Us", "Our" means Bigwicks Limited, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
      • "Goods" means any goods supplied under the Contract.
      • "Contract" means the agreement between You and Us for the sale of Goods.
      • "Website" means https://www.bigwicks.co.uk and associated domains.
      • "Vouchers / Discount Codes" means promotional alphanumeric codes.
   2. References to statutes include amendments or replacements.
   3. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
2. APPLYING THESE CONDITIONS
   1. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods.
   2. A Contract is formed when We confirm acceptance of Your order.
   3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.
3. ACCOUNTS & ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
   1. If You create an account on Our Website, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login details and for all activity that occurs under Your account.
   2. You must ensure that the information You provide is accurate and kept up to date.
   3. We may suspend or cancel an account, or restrict access to the Website (in whole or in part), where We reasonably believe this is necessary to:
      • protect the security or integrity of the Website or Our systems;
      • prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorised access;
      • address suspicious activity, excessive failed login attempts, or attempted interference with the Website;
      • comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities; or
      • enforce these Terms and Conditions.
   4. Where practicable, We will provide notice of suspension or cancellation. In urgent cases (including suspected fraud or security risk), We may act without notice.
   5. Suspension or cancellation of an account does not affect any order already accepted by Us, Your statutory rights, or Your rights and obligations relating to payment and delivery of accepted orders.
4. THE GOODS
   1. Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance. Goods will conform to their description as required by law.
   2. Availability is subject to stock. If Goods are unavailable, We will notify You and issue a refund where applicable.
   3. Maison Berger, Lampe Berger, and Ashleigh & Burwood fragrance products are supplied to UK customers only.
   4. Goods are supplied for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders which appear to be for resale or commercial purposes.
5. DELIVERY
   1. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
   2. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
   3. Risk passes to You once delivery is completed, including where Goods are left in a nominated safe place.
   4. Failure to accept delivery or provide accurate address details may result in re-delivery charges.
6. NON-DELIVERY
   1. Any issues with delivery should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
   2. This does not affect Your statutory rights.
7. PRICE
   1. All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
   2. Prices may change at any time but will not affect accepted orders.
   3. If a pricing or typographical error is identified, We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
   4. You are responsible for any applicable import or local taxes.
8. PAYMENT
   1. Payment is taken at the point of order using the methods shown on Our Website.
   2. If We cannot fulfil Your order, a full refund will be issued.
   3. Klarna Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days terms apply as published by Klarna.
9. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
   1. Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to You until We have received full payment for the order.
10. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CHANGE OF MIND)
    1. You have the right to cancel Your order within 14 calendar days from the day after You receive the Goods.
    2. To cancel, You must notify Us via our contact form or return request.
    3. You must return the Goods within 30 calendar days of cancellation.
    4. You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.
    5. Goods must be returned unused, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact.
11. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
    1. The right to cancel does not apply to:
       • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
       • Fragrance products that have been opened or used
       • Gift cards or vouchers
       • Goods made to Your specification or personalised
12. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
    1. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
    2. If Goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, We will cover reasonable return postage costs.
    3. Please notify Us within a reasonable time of discovering a fault.
    4. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
13. REFUNDS
    1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or evidence that the Goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
    2. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit for change-of-mind returns.
14. LIABILITY
    1. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited.
    2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
    3. Our liability does not affect Your statutory consumer rights.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
    1. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond Our reasonable control.
16. COMMUNICATION
    1. Communications may be made by email or via Our Website.
    2. Written communications are deemed received in accordance with UK law.
17. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
    1. You consent to Us processing Your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
    2. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
18. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS
    1. Discount codes apply only as stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
    2. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
    3. Discounts apply only to eligible products.
19. GOVERNING LAW
    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
