All orders received before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day. (4:00pm for express Royal Mail 24hr Next Day orders)
If the service you choose is Royal Mail 24hr Tracked you will receive your order the next working day (your order must be placed before 4:00pm).
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Orders received after 3:00pm (4:00pm for Next Day orders) will ship the next working day.
Orders received after 3:00pm (4:00pm for Next Day orders) on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched first collection on the following Monday. (does not include Bank Holidays)
Delivery to an alternate address is available, you can store multipul addesses in your Bigwicks account. (alternate delivery addresses must be within the same country as the billing address)

All orders are meticulously packed in appropriate single or double-walled cardboard materials, tailored to each specific item. To minimize our Post & Packing charges, we diligently recycle packaging materials whenever feasible and pass on the savings to our valued customers. DELIVERY PROBLEMS.
If no one is home to accept your order when Royal Mail attempts to deliver it, they will leave a card. If Royal Mail made a delivery attempt and left a card, you can conveniently collect your item from your local post office.
It’s advisable to have orders delivered to a work address whenever possible, especially if you know you won’t be available to receive your order at a home address. For more information, refer to our terms of sale.
