  1. Our shopping system will show the correct shipping charge options based on your location prior to commiting to any purchase.
  2. Delivery times are estimates and are dependant on your location.
  3. We are unable to ship any liquid products or Maison Berger Products in to Europe or Worldwide. UK customers only. Any International orders placed will be cancelled and a full refund applied. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dispatch/Delivery Times

  • All orders received before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day.
  • If the service you choose is Royal Mail 24hr Tracked you will receive your order the next day (your order must be placed before 3:00pm), Royal Mail 48hr Tracked will be delivered within 2-3 days.
  • Orders received after 3:00pm will ship the next working day.
  • Orders received after 3:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched first collection on Monday. (does not include Bank Holidays)
  • Delivery to an alternate address is available, a Bigwicks account is required to store multiple delivery addresses.

COVID-19: Please note:

  • Royal Mail deliveries across the United Kingdom are not effected, though delays may occur. Tracked 24 (next day) shipping option cannot be be guaranteed for next day delivery. 
  • International destinations maybe effected depending on your location, please check the governmental website in your country.


Packaging we use.

All orders are packed in suitable single or double walled cardboard materials for each specific item.

To keep the cost of our Post & Packing charges to a minimum, we re-cycle packaging materials wherever possible and pass the saving on to you our valued customer. At we care about our impact on the environment.


Delivery Problems.

If no-one is available to accept your order when we try to deliver a card will be left by Royal Mail. You will be able to collect your item from your local post office at your convenience. Simply follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not collected within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to contact us to arrange this.

It is advisable to have orders delivered to a work address wherever possible, especially if you know you are going to be unavailable to receive your order at a home address. For more information please see our terms of sale.
