Delivery Information

CHRISTMAS 2018 SHIPPING INFORMATION

The last day for guaranteed delivery before Christmas:

  • United Kingdom orders - 2:30pm on Friday 21st December 2018
  • International orders - 2:30pm on Monday 10th December 2018
(We cannot guarantee International delivery before Christmas)

 

Delivery Charges

  • UK Orders up to £9.99 - £1.99
  • UK Orders £10.00 to £29.99 - £2.99
  • UK Orders over £30 - FREE
  • European Orders incur a flat rate of - £9.99
  • Rest of the World Orders incur a flat rate of - £19.99

Our shopping system will show the correct shipping charge based on your location prior to commiting to any purchase.

NOTE: We are unable to ship any Lampe Berger or Parfum Berger products in to Europe or Worldwide. UK customers only.
Any International orders placed will be cancelled and a full refund applied. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Times

We despatch all orders within 24hrs of being placed, we try to despatch same day but this is not always possible. We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail Tracked.

During busy seasonal periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days (2 weeks), please contact us via the contact page.

Orders taken over the weekend will be despatched Monday, due to this being the next working day.

 


Packaging we use.

All orders are packed in suitable single or double walled cardboard materials for each specific item.

To keep the cost of our Post & Packing charges to a minimum, we re-cycle packaging materials wherever possible and pass the saving on to you our valued customer. At Bigwicks.co.uk we care about our impact on the environment.

 


Delivery Problems.

If no-one is available to accept your order when we try to deliver a card will be left by Royal Mail. You will be able to collect your item from your local post office at your convenience. Simply follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not collected within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to contact us to arrange to pay the delivery costs again, or accept a refund minus the delivery charge.

We often advise orders to be delivered to a work address wherever possible.
