Returning Your Purchase
We recommend contacting us before starting a return, as we may be able to resolve your issue without needing you to send the item back.

If you wish to proceed with a return and you have a Bigwicks account:

Make a note of the order number you wish to return

Print the returns form using the link above and complete it with as much detail as possible

Include the completed form and a copy of your order confirmation inside your parcel
If you checked out as a guest:

Locate your order using our guest order search tool.

Include the form and your order confirmation in your parcel
Please allow 3–4 working days from receipt for us to process your refund, repair or exchange.
Easy 30-Day Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In new and resalable condition
- Returned with all original packaging, labels and tags
- Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
This 30-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory cancellation rights. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for details.
You may use Royal Mail or any courier of your choice. We strongly recommend retaining proof of posting or tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
