Price Match Promise

If you find the same product cheaper on another UK retailer’s website, we may be able to match it. Submit a request before placing your order and we’ll verify the details.

Terms

• Price match requests must be submitted and verified before purchase.

• The competitor must be a UK-established retailer (not a marketplace) and pricing must be in GBP.
• You must provide a working competitor link (and screenshots if requested). We can only match prices that are publicly visible and verifiable.

• We match like-for-like items only (same brand, model, size, colour, and condition) and the competitor price must be available to the public at the time of verification.

• The competitor item must be in stock and available for delivery to a UK mainland address.

• Items must be new, boxed, and genuine (not refurbished/used).

• We compare the competitor’s price including VAT and standard delivery to a UK mainland address at the time of verification (where delivery is charged). Express, premium, timed, or membership-based delivery is excluded.

• One competitor per transaction. Minimum item value £10.

• Valid for 48 hours from approval.

• Excludes: clearance, end-of-line, discontinued items, seconds/graded goods, bundles, multi-buy offers, price errors, flash/limited-time promotions, loyalty/member pricing, discount codes, finance/subscribe-and-save pricing, cashback schemes, and bulk purchases.

• Not valid with any other Bigwicks promotions or discount codes.

• We do not match marketplace/auction listings (e.g. eBay).

• We do not match any Amazon prices.

• Bigwicks may refuse requests where we reasonably believe there is a pricing error, fraud risk, or the offer cannot be verified. Changes to this policy won’t affect price matches already approved.
