Easy 30 Day Returns
Simply return the item(s) to us in a new and unused resalable condition, securely packaged with all product packaging, labels and tags included within 30 days of receipt.
You are welcome to use Royal Mail or whichever delivery or service is convenient to return your order to us. Please retain proof of posting or tracking receipt in case of query.

I think a product i have bought is faulty, what should I do?
Firstly, apologies you are having to contact us in these circumstances, please contact customer services, use our Contact Us form or call 01226 785578. If your product is faulty and requires sending back to us we will refund your return postage if your item is faulty – Royal Mail or Hermes provide a reliable service.
How do I return my order?
To the side of these FAQ's you will see a button to download our return form. Simply print out the form and follow the instructions and return to our return department at the address detailed at the bottom of the form.
I do not have a printer, what should i do?
Simply write all the details of your return on a piece of paper including all the information requested on the return form and send it back to us in your package.
How do I exchange my item?
If you require your exchange processing in the fastest possible time, we suggest you purchase a replacement and return the unwanted item for a refund. If you prefer download and print the retun form and follow the instructions to return your item for exchange giving as much information as possible.
Are returns post free?
We don't offer free returns for unwanted or unsuitable orders. All goods must be in a new and unused condition. All product packaging, labels and tags must be included. For unwanted items the order will be refunded excluding any delivery charges. Please don't write or stick returns labels to the product packaging itself but use an outer bag or box. We will only refund your return postage costs for items received which are deemed to be faulty or which have been shipped to you in error.
Consumer Contracts Regulation - UK Only (Formally know as Distance Selling Regulations)
You have a right to cancel your order within a fourteen working day cooling off period following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel your order using the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must e-mail or write to us with your details and order number and state that you are cancelling your order and claiming your rights under these regulations. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
You will receive a refund within fourteen days of your notice to cancel. We advise customers to return a product with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.
