Delivery Charges

UK Orders up to £25 - £2.99

UK Orders over £25 - FREE

 

NOTE: It is Lampe Berger policy that we are unable to ship any Lampe Berger or Parfum Berger products in to Europe or Worldwide. UK customers only. Any International orders taken will be cancelled and a full refund applied. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Delivery Times.

We carry stock of all  items shown on our website,  because we despatch from retail premises, occasionally, just as an order is placed online we can also sell the last one instore!

If this happens you will be contacted to discuss whether you wish to choose a alternative replacement, to wait for the item to come back into stock or to be issued a refund.

We despatch all orders within 24hrs of being placed, we try to despatch same day but this is not always possible. We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail Standard delivery.

During busy seasonal periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days (2 weeks), please contact us via the contact page.

Orders taken over the Weekend will be despatched Monday, due to this being the next working day.

 



Packaging we use.
 

All orders are packed in suitable single or double walled cardboard materials for each specific item.

To keep the cost of our Post & Packing charges to a minimum, we re-cycle packaging materials wherever possible and pass the saving on to you our valued customer. At Bigwicks.co.uk we care about our impact on the environment.

 



Delivery Problems.

 

If no-one is available to accept your order when we try to deliver a card will be left by Royal Mail.  You will be able to collect your item from your local post office at your convenience. Simply follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not collected within 21 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, you will have to contact us to arrange to pay the delivery costs again, or accept a refund minus the delivery charge.

We often advise orders to be delivered to a work address wherever possible.
